Yes, you can. You must have access to your current 2FA method.
Steps:
- Navigate to the Account page;
- Disable 2FA (the section is on the right column near the bottom);
- In the confirmation dialog that appears, enter your Account ID;
- Select the red (active) "Disable 2FA" button;
- Locate the code sent by the 2FA method. If using email, the email will be titled "Confirm Transaction WARNING - Adding FULL ACCESS KEY to Account: {Account ID}". (Note: Enabling or Disabling 2FA adds another access key);
- In the Enter Two-Factor Verification Code pop-up, enter the validation code. Warning: selecting outside the pop-up will close the pop-up and you must start again at Step 4;
- Select the Verify Code button. You will see the text "2FA not enabled" and the active blue button to enable 2FA (if you want to in the future).
2FA will now be disabled.
